CARRIER PLANE PHASE ONE. "Global Flyer"
The proposed phase one carrier aircraft will be limited to one hundred and twenty feet in length and will have full "suborbital" capabilities. A crew of two pilots and three flight specialists will monitor in flight operations and payloads.

Orbital launch missions from the carrier plane will include final checkout of the Orbiter and ingress of astronauts and mission specialists prior to release from the cargo bay at an altitude of 23 miles.
The carrier plane's design will allow for operations from nearly all international airport runways including servicing and refueling accommodations.
