FLIGHT HARDWARE CAPABILITIES.
Specific details and performance data of Carrier and Orbital vehicles shall be made public at a later date.
The Phase One development program shall commence with an ambitious R&D program accomplishing a series of developmental milestones leading up to unmanned flight hardware capable of suborbital tests. The final milestone is production of manned Orbit capable hardware.
Phase One will also conclude with operational flight vehicles and a network of international destinations to service. As development progresses, new performance capabilities shall be discovered.
Phase Two flight hardware shall produce larger vehicles with greater performance and payload capacity. These vehicles will provide the means necessary for the assembly of orbital space stations and cycling transfer vehicles for Earths Moon, Mars and other planets.
Phase two vehicles will be of the order of three hundred feet in length for the carrier and seventy five feet in length for the Orbiters.
